Graduated from the Dance National Conservatory of Lyon, she danced professionnaly for numerous contemporary choreographers from 1989 to 2020.

Furthermore, in 2002, she graduated the State Teaching Diploma and was then involved in artistic education projects with companies, in schools, in universities, and for associations and various audiences. She also created and interpreted 3 solos and 2 duets with the company Sixty–Six (dissolved in january 2017).

Due to her interest in movement analysis and in energy, she trained to become too, in parallel with her choreographic activities, certified in wellness massage.
